3. Conditions Regarding Online Donations
- Nature of donations: All amounts transferred through the donation form on the website (managed via the GiveWP platform and the Stripe payment processor) represent voluntary donations/sponsorships intended to support the causes of the Autentic Tribe Association.
- Non-refundable nature: Donations made are final and non-refundable. The donated amounts are directed straight toward the association’s projects and statutory purposes.
- Donation confirmation: Upon successful processing of the transaction, the donor will receive an automatic confirmation at the email address provided in the form.
- Payment Security: Card data processing is carried out exclusively on the secure servers of our partner, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Association does not request or store bank card details.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The content present on the website autentictribe.ro (texts, logos, images, video materials, structure) is the property of the Autentic Tribe Association or is used with the consent of the rights holders. Copying, reproducing, or distributing the content without the prior written consent of the association is prohibited.
