Online donations (GiveWP & Stripe)

When you make a donation on the autentictribe.ro website using our donation form (managed through the GiveWP platform), we collect the data necessary to process the payment and keep financial-accounting records of donations: first and last name, email address, billing address (if applicable), and the transaction amount.

• Processing bank details: Your bank card information (card number, expiration date, CVC code) is entered and processed directly on the secure servers of our payment processor, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Autentic Tribe Association does not store and does not have access to your confidential bank card data.

3. Comments

Currently, the option to leave public comments is not enabled on the autentictribe.ro website. Therefore, we do not collect personal data through a comment plugin. If this functionality is activated in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Media (Uploaded files)

Users do not have the ability to upload media files or images to the autentictribe.ro website. 8. How long we retain your data

We retain your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

• Data from received email messages: retained only for the period necessary to resolve your request or for your communication with our association.
• Donation data (GiveWP): transaction history and associated data are retained for the period required by financial-accounting legislation in Romania (between 5 and 10 years for financial-accounting records).
